Where to listen

  • In the dashboard, in the day's call list: every row has a play button.
  • Through the API: gravacao_url comes in the result and in GET /v1/ligacoes/{id}, as a signed link valid for 1 hour.
  • The link requires no login and can go straight to your system or to someone on your team.

What it is for

Listen, read and check

The audio shows the tone of the conversation; the text shows what was said, word by word, with the exact second.

Check what was agreed

The transcript has the exact sentence of the person and the second it was said. You find an agreement without listening to the whole call.

Improve the script

Listen to where people hesitate or hang up and adjust the agent prompt. The next call already goes out with the new script.

Store it in your system

The summary and the transcript arrive in the webhook. Store them with the customer in your CRM, and download the audio within the time limit if you need it later.

Share with your team

The recording link opens without login. Send it to whoever needs to listen, without giving access to your account.

What comes in each turn

The conversation is a list in order. Each item is one turn, with who spoke and the start and end in seconds.
